I’ve learned that the Lo1477677_233461656814876_2143592993_nrd loves all of His children, even those who reject the Gospel. It has been a privilege and a great blessing doing missionary work during this time of the year. I spent a day, just doing what full time missionaries do, and I have grown from that one day. I am with even more conviction know that the Lord loves us, He knows us individually and that this is His Church, The Church of Jesus Christ of Latter day Saints. The Holy Ghost is another blessing He freely gives us, to remind us that He loves us still and will NEVER leave us. I’ve learned the importance of relying on the spirit, teaching with the spirit, learning with the spirit and responding to it’s promptings. I know that The Church of Jesus Christ is restored again in these last days, that the Prophet Joseph Smith saw the Living Father and His Son Jesus Christ, that the little boy was an instrument in the restoring of the Church of Christ. President Thomas Spencer Monson is a chosen servant of the Lord, that He is the prophet, seer and revelator. I love and sustain him. I know his councillors and the twelve Apostles are also prophets seers and revelators. The Book of Mormon is another testament of Jesus Christ, it is the words of God, it is true and it contains as does the bible the fullness of the Gospel of Jesus Christ. I testify that if we all read our bible and Book of Mormon especially the Book of Mormon, prayfully studying it, we’ll find joy within us, and by abiding by it’s precepts we will be abundantly blessed with knowledge of the truth. I love the Book of Mormon. The Savior loves us and wants us to come follow Him. Heavenly Father loves us and wants us to return back to Him, everyone of us. I leave this with you, humbly in the sacred Name of Jesus Christ, Amen.

Jesus is the Christ, and  He lives. I know that Joseph Smith was a true prophet of God, and that we are led by a prophet today. I know that the Book of Mormon is the word of God,and that it contains true principles.  I am thankful for the Gospel, for my bishop, my brothers and sisters in the church, and for my family.  I’m also thankful for the holy scriptures, and for the Atonement.  I say these things in the holy name of Jesus Christ.  Amen.

26119_115044881847387_122437_n I grew up in a loving LDS family, and was taught the Gospel in our home.  I don’t ever remember  doubting  that  I have  a loving Heavenly Father, or that the Church is true.  I do remember occasions when I was very young that I felt the Spirit very strong, although I probably didn’t recognize it as the Holy Ghost witnessing to me  at  the time. One memorable occasion was at a family reunion.  I was sitting on the floor- up front, listening to my Grandfather Jensen tell us about the family’s conversion to the church in Denmark. He talked of his experiences, and his faith and trust in the Lord. I will never forget the burning in my bosom as I listened to him bear his testimony.  I KNEW that what he was saying was true, that he would never lie.  I was so in awe of him!!  Another time, also as a young child, sitting on small chairs in the front row–probably in Primary or Sunday School, we were being taught the hymn” Joseph Smiths First Prayer.” Oh how lovely was the morning, radiant beams the sun above–again the spirit  bore witness to me though this hymn with its beautiful words and music.  I literally tingled to my finger tips!!  I knew the message was true!  When I was eight years old I was baptized a member of the church.  I was excited.  I don’t really remember too many of the words in my blessing, but I do remember how I felt, and the burning in my bosom at the words “receive ye the Holy Ghost”  Yes I was blessed to be born into the Church, but yes I do have my own testimony of its truthfulness. I know I am a daughter of a kind loving Heavenly Father who hears and answers my prayers. I have an older brother, our Savior  Jesus Christ, who sacrificed and atoned for my sins and shortcomings.  I am so grateful for that gift.  I am grateful for the knowledge we have of Heavenly Fathers plan of happiness for us, that families can be together forever.  I’m thankful for all the opportunities we have to learn and grow, for the blessings of the scriptures, especially the  Book Of Mormon, another  testament of Jesus Christ , and for a living Prophet  to guide us. I am grateful for the multitude of times the Spirit has touched my soul and born witness to me of the truth. I know the Church is true. I’m thankful to my Heavenly Father for all my blessings, in the name of my Savior , Jesus Christ,  Amen.

49226_578268634_799_n Once again it’s been a spiritual feast at church
today. WONDERFUL RELIEF SOCIETY MEETING. Sunday School was great too ,we talked
about keeping the sabbath day holy.and how important it is to preparing for the
sabbath so we can keep it holy.we were also taught the importance of meeting
together to worship god and how we can lift and edify each other ..it is
important that we take sacrament each week to renew the covenant we made with
Heavenly Father when we were baptized. we had two wonderful talks in sacrament
meeting they were about service , when we are serving others we are serving our
lord.and then the other talk was about self worth.they were absolutely great …I
really love my Sundays .i come home with something new every week…roll on next
week…until then I have my scriptures and books to read ….I’ve just finished a
great book by lance Richardson ..the message ….it is brilliant…I would recommend
it to every one.it confirms just how true our church teachings are….
